Rep Ron Mendive (R-Coeur d'Alene) is the co-chair of the resources and conservation committee. Kootenai County Sheriff Bob Norris threatened Borrenpohl and siced unmarked "security" goons on her. LEAR Asset Management is the company owned by Paul Trouette (seen throughout this video) who assaulted her along with his workers. Ed Bejarana is the mouthy everso unfuckable creep on the microphone (owner of Ed Bejarana Voiceover Talent). It seems as though the only agency that acted appropriately and lawfully was the Coeur d’Alene Police; kudos to Chief Lee White and the officers who were on scene.

Total bullshit. The first guy telling her to leave is apparently the Sheriff of Kootenai County. If he felt like she wasn't obeying his commands then he should have arrested her. Instead he has three goons forcibly pull her out of her chair and down the hallway. That's assault!!! They aren't law enforcement, they didn't identify themselves, and the dip shit Sheriff filmed the whole thing.

Did you all take note of the older white man standing in the aisle angrily addressing the board in the beginning of the clip, and saying much more than the woman did, yet "security" did not approach him, tackle him, zip tie him, or drag him out? Clearly a woman speaking was the issue.

The assault is disturbing but just as bad is the LEGISLATOR taunting her as a little girl who is crying because she “can’t handle consequences”of speaking at a town hall. They’re going to lean into politeness and decorum while more and more rights are violated.

Coeur D’Alene city code requires security to be identified by at least 1” text on the front of their shirts and 4” text on the back, just sayin. These thugs and the people who hired them and egged them on should face charges.

They broke the law. I'm a security officer and those guys violated the law by acting in the capacity of law enforcement. None of what they did is lawful.

I hope she sues their butts off! It does not matter what her party is, period. She may of done something previously. But when they approached her she was sitting quietly. She asked repeatedly for identification they did not show her any. Even if they work for a private security firm and have insurance, insurance does not have to pay for an illegal act meaning they could be personally liable, good bye house! Would any one here tell their daughter or wife to walk off with three unidentified men! The Leader of the meeting insulting her, was just as improper. All in all if this was in Cour D'Alene why didn't someone call the local police! Hope there is a drive to recall the sheriff.
