Yarnell Fire 2013
As I organize the documents...
I hope eventually individuals and businesses can see how it works in fire ...
and the next few years what I share should help Law and Forensic Weather Investigators in their endeavors going forward...
Learn tools currently unavailable in a classroom but in real time is happening here in the fire industry. My data will help those who need it in the future.
...since more than likely the law failed those YHF13' claims big time especially Fred J Schoeffler's case.
I want to do my part to help Law and Forensic Weather Investigators.
I refuse to help any Media.
Their investigation reporting is to most likely listen to their Editors.
Disappointing.
Watch folks, how Wildland Urban Interface- WUI use to be in Forestry areas and how you are seeing it more in our Arizona deserts.
I think as the years unfold; this blog will be a good tool for Insurance companies to properly investigate Wildland Fires.
Like most recipes, my best ingredients are the love/time I put in back-channel areas to do my part to help lessen Wildland Fire issues.
Someone asked me which side am I on?
The side of integrity and truth.
Which I think possibly most
all involved to the Yarnell Hill Fire 2013
including
Media and Fire Investigators
failed me who almost died on that fire but 19 did...
if they own any of these documents still and I never received this in my ten years of gathering public records:
The Aerial Firefighting Use and Effectiveness (AFUE) Study - SCHOEFFLER v. UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE (2020) | FindLaw -https://youtu.be/IN6rsqLob4o - I received my FOIA before Schoeffler and there is EVIDENCE it exists and where, and I will show you the DOCUMENT where--- I did my best to obtain it though in that ten years.
