missed out seeing you all --- Sorry I missed the 'family reunion' - still recovering ...
October 3: We thank you all for the "Likes" and "Shares" and "Follows"
the ones highlighted in yellow I have met, interacted with, or know from this FB list...
the rest, I do not know but thank you to all who hit the "like" button.
Larry was Yarnell local, Buford, --- his pop's.
Carrie was Yarnell "Dollar General" store cashier.
Gary is/was InvestigativeMEDIA participant. Jack was at the YHF Memorial Project meetings when we were there.
Nina BourBeau is affiliated to Yarnell Fire District.
Jolene lives in Yarnell and use to work where I dined. She lives near the character, Super Dave/FJS.
Diane is an InvestigativeMEDIA participant.
Nina Bill was a person I respected, we had a moment after YHF13' on wildlife, and then the FJS land, I began to be a target and she began to be attacking me for some odd reason - unafraid of all that horse crap. Surprised she is on here. She will be blocked until she emails direct to make sure this is a legit add-on of hers...I want people to follow on here to actually feel the same in real life too. No half ass folks needed. Or known attackers need not apply to follow here. I am all for resolutions but adding me to a Social Media "follow" list is not the way.
Dawn use to work at the gas station- her daughter is a first responder here locally. She is the reason I almost did not do the petition for DONNA GORDON. We all adore the Sgt. who hit DONNA GORDON yet truth has to be told --- and there is a bigger reason as to how come...
Bill is an InvestigativeMEDIA participant
David is an unknown if that is same one who was rude on comment walls years ago---leave it be for now...could be different person, same name.
Vanessa is a Yarnell local who lost her home in 2013 to the YHF.
Kris- I seen this name in PRRs- don't know the person
Margie was in my 2018 PIO- Social Media Wildland Course at Arizona Wildfire Incident Management - Embry Riddle- Instructor: Bri Pettit.
Sue is a Yarnell local
Aaron seen him in the news for his light display for heroes
Errol and April locals in Yarnell---they are having a boy they will name "Clint"
MaryAnn is a Yarnell local
Robert is an InvestigativeMEDIA participant
Mark is tied to FJS
Vicki is Yarnell business owner and has been very good to my life.
Tom is tied to FJS
Mary is a Yarnell local
Brandon- I know that name...???
Jim is from the California conferences who knows FJS
Nancy is my mother
Scott is doing the film documentary on YHF
Why did Anne Ryman opt to be on our page- another one who rather listen to an editor vs. doing the difficult right thing---when she reaches me direct, I will unblock her but why allow her to sit here on this page to follow us when she reports the investigative crap I saw on my fire...she is one of the first folks
I met after the YHfire along with Edi Trevino and Joanna Dodder Nellans. I expect more from her and Joe Dana.
Blocked Two Names today until the fix things directly --- no reason to keep people on there if they are really not comprehending why we are in this...

(st__ on neck) and he knew what road he was on. It kinda died with everybody. Absolute chaos. GS told _____ that _____ - stay near black or near a town. _____ the guy up on the hill is not helping us a whole lot--- _____ giving hard time. I really don't think they knew where they were at. I don't know why they decided to burn there.

Horseshoe 2
Horseshoe 2 (H2) Fire file is massive. It will take you a long while to review it all when you go to the Arizona State Archives Building. Plan for at least a week.
As I state all over my blog pages and posts, if you reuse any content and or photographs or videos, you must get written permission from our website owners first.
These items below may be used by only people who are on our index log to use them - otherwise all areas if seen any where else must have the date we gave you permission to use it.
5/22/11 Incident Status Summary:
Figure 1 a-b Above. Incident Status Summary - Organization List From The Horseshoe 2 Incident Action Plan Source: Arizona State Archives ( Arizona State Library, Archives and Public Records RG 195 SG 1 Arizona State Forestry Division ( Fire ) Accession Number: A-2013-079 )
I attempted to get the space in between the photographs and failed so I grouped those as "a-b" so I can move on-
Figure 1c. Incident Status Summary - Organization List From The Horseshoe 2 Incident Action Plan Source: Arizona State Archives ( Arizona State Library, Archives and Public Records RG 195 SG 1 Arizona State Forestry Division ( Fire ) Accession Number: A-2013-079 )

I just wanted to make public anything tied to GMHS and the overall Organization Assignment List for Horseshoe 2 being there were articles placed out by John Dougherty ( May 18, 2016 ) as well as WFGI Director / Head of Research and Analysis and John Norman MacLean's Researcher for his "made-for-profit" book on Yarnell Hill Fire - Holly Neill ( originally published on June 14, 2016 - revised March 3, 2018 ) without any actual Horseshoe 2 documents so here are such documents that was never shown publicly yet so the world can make their own assessments by reading the Public Records ( PRRs ) and the two articles:
Figure 1e. Organization List From The Horseshoe 2 Incident Action Plan Source: Arizona State Archives ( Arizona State Library, Archives and Public Records RG 195 SG 1 Arizona State Forestry Division ( Fire ) Accession Number: A-2013-079 )
As you can see Holly Neill failed to fully research and investigate her topic when she stated:
"There are no records or sources * to indicate that Eric Marsh was assigned Division Supervisor." stated by Holly Neill as she shared her research into an allegation made against Granite Mountain IHC.
( all emphasis added ) ( https://www.wfgi.org/news/2018/3/3/reply-to-investigative-media-concerning-an-allegation-made-against-granite-mountain-ihc )
I, Joy A Collura - the eyewitness to the Yarnell Hill Fire June 28-30th, 2013, have now provided the documents to prove what position Eric ( "Mash" ) Marsh had on Horseshoe 2 to help people come to properly assess and process the information that has been placed about Eric Shane Marsh.
There are times you can be a CRWB and there are times you can be assigned Division Supervisor with or without immediate documentation and it catches up later in the process. It has happened on Wildland Fires.
Note, the files for GRANITE MOUNTAIN HOTSHOTS is not complete in the Horseshoe 2 Files and oddly there are sections missing like the evaluation reviews. Yet you see them for other Crews. ????
Did Holly Neill possibly knowingly falsely state: "There are no records or sources * to indicate that Eric Marsh was assigned Division Supervisor."?
Here is the actual record below that is in existence that states he was not a Division Supervisor yet a CRWB but there is still a chance he was because any person in those kinds of positions know one can be placed into that position with or without immediate documentation and it catches up later in the process. It has happened on Wildland Fires.
I refuse any of them ( John N MacLean / Holly Neill / Alan Sinclair ) any rights to use my site to use any of my data for their research investigation / and "made-for-profit" book or anyone affiliated to them or anyone for that matter without my written approval. It has been proven they have failed to properly give me courtesy credits in prior times as well have not shown up in any FOIA or PRR index logs I have received. I refuse to support their style(s) of research and investigation. However, I felt the world should see the actual documents then read both articles to come to your own conclusion(s).
Is there some frustration or delay in their book coming out because they know I have gathered much more real documented information than possibly them?
When their book finally comes out- I am ready to dissect it with real time documents / FOIAs / PRRs like these in this post-
I plan to show these Family and Friends of the Granite Mountain Hotshots who truly put the time and effort - and the fight - to obtain these records because it was not easy at times to obtain many of the documents I own.
Below, Friday June 3, 2011 Division Assignment List for Granite Mountain Hotshots - Payson IHC penned out and GRANITE MT penned in with SHINSTOCK, MIKE as the leader.

My co-author took blurry photo as well as cut off areas but this document can be found in the records and was the email process step to Demob due to "time-out" for GMHS and four other crews.

When trying to locate the GMHS individual or crew evaluations
- saw none - but I did find many more on other individuals /Crews on that fire and here is an example of an individual:

Who is in charge of paperwork and WHY is it not as simple as the "good old days" where it is one piece of paper - cut and dry - simple like this:

What happened since the earlier years where we once "focused" to safety and the Fire Orders and LCES as shown in this Operational Safety Reviews of The South Duke Fire - why such the drastic shift in how they do things today and in the past twenty plus years - WHY ??? :

It should be MANDATORY any one person who is tied to ANY Wildland Fire Investigation with or without fatalities have read every single archived Operational Safety Reviews and know the report and its people within each report who did the report and the fires. I am tired of the SAIT SAIR or CRaPs or Lesson Learned Reviews as they are currently being done. If there are any fatalities in the amount we saw on my fire ( Yarnell Hill Fire ) - You refrain from ever allowing any person(s) who does not get the archival data to current data and have some level of skills "documented" in Forensic Weather as well understand "Human Factors" - "Human Elements and Dimensions" and as well really know the Contractors and Vehicle Add-Ins and Etc. and tie them from one fire to another and piece in where the errors take place. Here is one of my 2019 S130 / S190 Co-Instructors Phil Bruglio ( Sedona Engine Boss ) who on H2 was assigned as ASFD ( Arizona Forestry ) as a "Contractor" and in a future post I will show you where he was on the Yarnell Hill Fire. I start to wonder if any of these journalists or authors or media ever really took the "time out" if they see how things are continuously happening - are they really focusing to the "real" stories. I plan to tell the homeowners stories and firefighters stories as time goes on ... Here is Bruglio's document on the H2:

What Wasson told me happened on his land ( Sesame to Shrine Corridor ) and what happened on Baluco / Whitehead / S & P / Maughan and etc. - I want to add this "for the public record" for them to see the ARS. Statute for Private Land because there has been much different and diverse "perceptions" what is or is not allowed to be done on private lands:

The Arizona State Archives handed me a "Researcher" badge and I had to "Officially" be entered in the system to review the Wildfire Archived Records from Arizona State Forestry. I got there late day Thursday January 23, 2020 and we marked off the boxes to pull and I spent all day ( not feeling too well - grunged - no makeup ) from 8 to 5pm on Friday January 24th, 2020 record keeping all important areas. Note to Arizona State Forestry - before moving archived documents please redact everyone's Social Security Numbers. I was floored by "how many" peoples SSN were left unredacted - very unprofessional and illegal. Maybe time to "clean house" on who does the PRR transfers of the boxes and re-read the laws and rules.
