2022. It is 257 PM. My name is Joy A Colora, COLLURA four

0:12

eight zero five five nine. 1971. Hold on. I'm getting some messages before I get started

0:17

here. It's telling me to create this, do this. So, I have a

0:24

thing in front of my webcam. So, I I'm not here to do live. It's more for audio recording because my audio recording

0:30

thing is not working in other areas. So, I'm trying to do this live here. Again, my name is Joy A COLLURA four eight

0:37

zero five five9 19 seventy-one and appoint contact. If you have any questions to anything

0:42

I'm about to put out there. But this is in relations to Yarnell Hill Fire 2thousand thirteen,

0:47

2016 where I was the eyewitness on and where on the June 30th 19 men died and me and Sonny

0:55

Gilligan survived on top of the Weaver Mountains and we were up there with them. So, when I go

1:01

forward in this I want to discuss the situation yesterday. I had a new lieutenant call me. Uh his name

1:07

is Lieutenant Pritchard out of Yavapai County Sheriff's Office and this is his recording. Like

1:13

I said, I've been trying to get these uploaded today but it's not working so I'm doing a live to see hopefully it'll work.

1:18

So, here we go. Lieutenant Pritchard at the Sheriff's Office. Oh, for the thing from the other day when we went up on Saturday? Yeah, am I

1:24

speaking with you on? Yeah, this is. Okay. So, before I get into this letting you listen in

1:30

on our conversation between him and myself. Uh on Saturday, going up to do my medical

1:36

massage and we are going up the mountain. As we're going up, there's a black truck in front of us and it's going at a high

1:42

speed and it finally reaches up to an SUV of Sheriff. Uh yeah, if I come to Sheriff's Office and so in doing that, they

1:48

slowed down. Well, the sheriffs as they approached County have a like a speed thing since I thought your speed was thirty-five. The bike truck

1:56

disappears. Now, we're behind the Yavapai County Sheriff's Office. Uh I mean, Sheriff vehicle SUV and right where the

2:01

hardware store is we're in right where the between the

2:07

Blue House that used to be the Blue House and the hardware. There's a road that goes up to the substation for your your

2:13

nail for the Yavapai County Sheriff's Substation. Well, this SUV, the Yavapai County

2:19

Sheriff's Office SUV was in the left lane and cut like swerved and we we had a pause and break

2:25

to avoid an accident. Uh so, when they swerved from the left lane into the street. So, I

2:31

addressed that in a few other incidents over the summer like

2:37

my no know, trespassing sign and everything. So, this is what he's talking to in relations to and this was on the fifteenth of October at

2:44

around nine something in the morning. So, alright. How was your weekend? Beautiful. Lot of

2:51

healings. So when I'm talking about a lot of healings real quick on the the October 15th, there was a situation at the

2:57

Prescott Gateway Mall where somebody was removed from the premises of a location due to a

3:03

family member of one of the fallen. Uh it's a sensitivity thing. So, when I was talking

3:08

to the security guard, I said this gentleman that's in there. My interest is if he comes out and he's willing to talk to me,

3:14

please allow it. If he looks like he doesn't want any interest in me, I'll walk away. I says, man once-in-a-lifetime moment to have this opportunity

3:21

to talk to this gentleman. Uh he was on the fire that I was on and I had some very tough questions and and I want to

3:28

touch base and I got a lot of healing from that. So, I appreciate that person. Good.

3:33

Go ahead. God, it was what you needed. This sounds like, huh? Yes.

3:41

So I did some looking. I know who was on down there in Yarnell and what they were

3:49

dealing with. Okay. Um and I have made the appropriate call. It was actually one of our

3:55

deputies who's in training. Okay. Uh and so I was able to speak with her training officer. Um and advised them of

4:02

the complaint and the observations. Um so that we can be sure to address being better

4:09

aware of the surroundings and planning terms ahead and things like that. So then we don't

4:14

cause people an unnecessary breaking or anything like that. Okay. Yeah it did it look it just kind of looked like

4:21

somebody that was new too. Like if you're watching it look like like not familiar kind of

4:26

familiar but not familiar. Oh there I just missed my turn kind of thing. You know. Right right and I I do believe that's

4:33

probably what it was. I didn't speak directly to her because I I took it up with her direct supervisor and asked them to do

4:38

that. Yeah. Um so I I do want you I wanted to make sure that

4:44

you knew. Okay. That I did take take your your email

4:49

at at base value and look into it a little bit. Yeah. Um he he indicated he didn't remember

4:55

anything like that happening but he would he would talk to her and make sure that we're

5:00

we're we're checking our surroundings and making sure, you know, things are done safely and. Especially right in

5:05

that streets, you know. So, my giggle is not really a giggle. It's just, is it, I'm really a

5:11

traumatized from August 26th and so, my cackle was could be taken as inappropriate but at

5:18

the same time, I'm really traumatic and dramatically affected because I knew both sides. So, Donna was one of my

5:26

truth tellers on the Arnell Fire 2013 and the kid that hit him is grown up. He's in his

5:32

30s. Uh the deputy that hit him, hit her, sorry. Uh it it I've seen him grow up, love his

5:39

family, and so this is terrific, horrific event for me to have to go through and piece

5:46

it together and when I say piece together, you'll hear as like this live recording goes

5:52

Well, that that's got a lot of attention. Yeah. Yeah. So, we got. Yeah. Yeah. Uh The other,

6:01

I got another Email from you at the beginning of October, reference your trespassing

6:08

signs. Yeah, great. And I spoke with Lieutenant Winfrey because

6:14

I haven't been here for these these matters. So, I wanted to give some background on it. Um

6:20

I spoke with him and he indicated to me that he told you you could you could get those from Evidence. Nope.

6:26

Never. So, I'm pausing here because we're on live and I want to explain to you

6:31

Lieutenant Winfrey. Um I'm sorry. Uh there must be some miscommunication, mislead, distractions, or whatever. there has never been a time and

6:38

you're going to see as I show the evidence today live that this is the truth. That that

6:43

Lieutenant Winfrey I hope you're going to hear this Lieutenant Pritchard say to me in a not so much immediate

6:50

situation but he'll get back to me But I'm going to put it out here. So, there's a documentation. I was told that

6:56

it was being used in this. I have the recording and it's actually on YouTube. Um that Winfrey stated it's being used

7:03

to do build a case Uh again me for criminal trespassing and

7:08

they have up to a year to hold it and that was last June. And that's his exact verbs in the

7:13

in the actual recording is live public. So, that would be inaccurate what he stated.

7:20

Okay. Alright. Well, if that's if that's the case, then I do need to do just a little bit more digging and I'll have to

7:25

get back to you on that because I have I have no desire to prolong this any longer but I

7:31

don't want to step on anyone else's toes if there's information that I don't have. Yeah. So, that's I can send the

7:37

link to you where it's all the documentations there where he states that the recording and

7:42

all that stuff. I don't think that's necessary right now. I think with what I need to, the

7:47

questions I need to ask and and and look into this a bit more. Yeah, just go back and tell him it was in September of last

7:53

year. Uh he said that Sergeant Ashby was building a criminal case against me and said they

8:00

had up to a year to hold that in evidence and then back in

8:05

June, I communicated with Morgan and she said you have to go through the what do you call

8:11

that system? Cuz she's records. You know, so. so yeah and

8:18

that's I was prepared to go one way with that and since you're giving me other information I do feel like it's prudent for

8:24

me to to kind of iron some of those details out. So we'll have to follow up on that.

8:30

That's fine issue again here in the near future. Okay? Yeah. Yeah there's been no notification. Actually I've in

8:36

all my public records it all shows you know what's the ETA on. We're getting my signs

8:41

back. It's been over a year. So and then I see. Yeah and I have. I I would like to get

8:47

this result because I don't have any desire to to if I need to figure out where things are at. I I just have a few

8:54

questions given what you just told me. Um so, I will do that and I'll get back with you. Um

8:59

I don't know if it'll be immediately. This one. But I will get back with you with you

9:04

soon, okay? Yeah, it's great. Yeah, but you do a day. You

9:10

too. Thank you. Bye bye. So okay so ehm on the YouTube I I

9:18

said all this but it got blotched glitched and everything so I'm going to have to repeat it. So I'm setting you up for the next audio

9:23

recording. Next audio recording is last night. Uh it's kind of odd but in the recent times

9:29

we've had town hall meetings. So in these town hall meetings our division one Harry Oberg

9:36

comes with his assistant and some people from county maybe developer development services

9:42

or etcetera. And then you have a Pike County Sheriff's Office. I had zero intentions of going

9:47

point it was if one of the landowners in Uranel was gone but I was just going to go out

9:53

and desert walk. I was getting dropped off towards the end of Gold Dollar to go do clean up

9:58

the cemetery which is what I've been doing to some of my people who have passed on cleaning up

10:04

the area over there and in that I saw a vehicle so I had him pull over and I went in to see

10:10

what kind of new faces. Do we have new faces to town? Do we have old faces? Say hello. I

10:15

was totally grunge. Did not anticipate to go Um I had a heart thing yesterday morning.

10:21

Uh so I was really full of fluid retention. Uh not really up for company. Sat in the

10:28

back. Good LCS. Uh so I can you know have a way to go to the bathroom but also have a direct

10:34

way to get out as well. Uh and and positioning we had Lieutenant Pritchard and

10:41

Sergeant Ashby in the center of the room back of the room and maybe a four or five people in between and it was really nice

10:47

to see some of you guys old faces and new faces and stuff like that. Appreciate the

10:53

prayers and and we'll go forward from there but then when I play this, I want to set it up that this is a concerned citizen that he has stated

11:00

about the OHV. You'll hear firsthand and then reason why I make my statements because I

11:06

had no intention to talk at all yesterday. Uh I especially after my heart thing yesterday where I am health wise and I

11:13

don't need any added anxiety or you know, nothing, anything. But when I heard that

11:18

Lieutenant Pritchard State that he he worked, I'm here for the people you gotta help us for us

11:25

to help you and then I was that triggered me because I'm like, if you're here to help me and

11:32

then, when the conserved citizen that you're going to be about to hear from, when he said something and then

11:37

Sergeant Ashby says, I'll take care of the matter. That's when I made the comment saying, oh like the nineteen? You know,

11:44

like that's where this goes. So, it's a four minute and 39 seconds situation of a hour and

11:50

a half, 530 to 7 o'clock, town meeting, and Congress, Arizona off of Ghosttown Road at the

11:56

Grace Bible but I don't know if it's Grace Bible anymore because I'm out of the loop and I'll get back in the loop on this town. It's been a while

12:02

though because I went to investigation to do the investigation academy, Wildland Fire credentials and stuff like

12:09

that. So, I really haven't been tied into who's who except for RR. So, here we go. Last couple

12:16

of weeks, 300 more reports of her. Not that I'm aware of. Did did your neighbor call us all?

12:22

No, they didn't. Oh. Oh. And record that.

12:29

This is the so those are some of the indicators that we need to know about, okay? Now, there's a lot of these

12:35

different things. Mailboxes pushed over, things like this that are, that are, that are

12:40

absolutely a pain, right? But their indicators to us, when we see clusters, right? So then I

12:47

can say, hey, this is happening in this area. We need to be here between these hours more often and you're not responding

12:56

to emergencies when you're not responding to calls for service. Let's be in those community and engage with the neighbors and look at. I really don't think I would even spoke

13:02

up publicly if Sergeant Ashby wasn't there. It's just a long history since you know, the Yarnah Hill fire and her being

13:09

only a few bodies away from me and all of the things I've seen behind the scenes in public

13:15

records on the body cams. So, if you have a Pike County Sheriff's Office body cam s and so, yeah, I think that's what

13:21

set the stage of me making my comment publicly but I just want to make sure you understand he's right here

13:28

saying like we want to help you but you guys can help us to help you. So, here we go. Who's walking around in, right?

13:34

Things like that. So, that. Oh and also, I want to make a notation that if I don't know

13:40

if you guys can hear these recordings or if you can just only hear me. So, I'm hoping that when I'm playing these

13:46

recordings that you can actually hear because it's on my PC and I don't know. I've never done a live before. That's what I'm talking about.

13:51

We we need to know those things and I know it's a pain that noone wants but you know, I hear a lot of times that they don't want to bother us. the

13:57

son of father, we need to know these things so that we can keep you. We can keep your community safe and clean,

14:04

right? Yes. Okay and this is what I was saying on YouTube and I got chopped and glitched and everything is that you want to keep our community safe

14:10

and clean. I am the desert walker going back here many decades. Uh walk the desert, walk the highway, some of the

14:16

dangerous areas to walk is the Highway eighty-nine. Now, because what happened with Donna Gordon but when you're

14:21

going down Highway eighty-nine, I've seen a lot of biohazards, needles, and and my concern is

14:27

and I've addressed it to Adot. Yup, I county Sheriff s, County, any place that I can. I've explained, if you give me

14:34

the biohazards and give me a process, I'll do the work because I'm out there anyways. So, it's not like you have a

14:41

lack of resource. I'm willing. I'll pick up the needles and you gave me a box where you want to put in and I'll do it

14:46

but none of them will take accountability, liability, or anything but they'll go ahead as you hear in this meeting

14:52

last night. They'll go ahead and mow the side of Highway eighty-nine, correct right? But what does that do? All those

14:58

needles get. That are open. They're not closed needles. They're tossed out from a vehicle or tossed out from

15:04

somebody but they're on the side of the highway. So now you not only have a needle but now you have broken needles for

15:09

it's not really good for our wildlife. Absolutely not good for even human beings. But that's what we're up against. Nobody wants to help me there.

15:16

And you want to keep this place safe? Then let's start there too. Um because we all live in Yamaha County because it's

15:23

awesome. Yes. Right? So, help us keep it that way. And let's

15:29

engage and talk about these things. I see you in the backseat. They went over OHP

15:34

out in the desert. Quads on the black top have to be

15:40

registered, insured, and licensed placed in. Yes, sir. Do you know how many times I've

15:45

called you guys? Because they're driving around town crazy. I'm the black cop

15:51

illegally and you know what I get for your dispatch? two

15:56

things. Uh we're too busy they didn't see it. So, we can't

16:02

respond. I go, well, I got videotape of it. Click.

16:10

Right? So when are you going to train your dispatchers to take a report? That's why there's

16:15

not a lot of reports on there. Is because they kicked us aside. They say oh sorry we're

16:21

in the we're not going to respond to that because we're too busy. Or they didn't see it. Amen. I hear that. I

16:29

learned. They will see them and person just to come. Take off of the dirt. And I'm sure if

16:36

you have a sometimes but I don't want to be annoyed. They have to be registered and

16:41

licensed, right? Correct. Then why aren't the why aren't the sheriffs, the the deputies

16:47

pulling them over when they see em because I I actually was at the dollar store one day. A guy pulled in with a quad. There

16:53

was a deputy parked. Two of them over in the turnaround there. I told them this quad is

16:59

not licensed. They're not. They never went over there. They just drove off. One went north,

17:05

one went south. never did anything about it. I will adjust that. How about? How

17:10

about nineteen men dying and I tell YCSO I have the evidence that the chain of evidence

17:16

breaks right with YCSO. It I have to teach you guys court. How about that one? And Ashby

17:22

she has her ears in with a residential person. You can't go through an easement. Lock the gate. Yeah let's talk

17:28

about. So let me go on the background of that part since we're here live. So Ashby, so we have a problem land up there

17:35

that's other people have into a problem. It was a purchase, a beautiful purchase. It was to

17:40

help family members with the Grand Among Hotshots. It was to help disabled veterans and and

17:46

and the sense of this like it was to create an atmosphere for

17:51

people who couldn't are unable to do the arduous hive. And it was supposed to be worked in

17:57

with the state of Arizona. But other people got in and made a mess of it before it could even

18:03

be into communication stages. It became a drama rumor and I really was targeted heavily

18:10

through this and some people that were there locally were saying on a high government level and I didn't believe

18:16

them. I really didn't and I pulled the records and they were right and I have a post on my blog about that. It's very

18:21

very sad that I'm a target and I live in congress and yet that was hard thing for me to

18:26

swallow because some of those people I've known for decades and and I it's still a thing I had to let go, let god.

18:32

However, it's a it's a sting that hurts extremely and so in that this we're talking about

18:39

here is the Helm Gate after the Yarnell Hill Fire was placed up

18:45

to help kind of you know so people wouldn't go all the way back there. It was more of a controlled atmosphere With a no

18:52

trespassing signs and stuff like that. So but it was on not their property at all. So then

18:57

when the new people bought it it became a civil matter and all the signs that I had put in the Eastman to areas to kind of

19:03

identify boundaries as I am the surveillance and no trespassing team for that land and when I

19:11

was trying to do that, I was told that the certain spots was their corners and I was in one

19:16

of the corners that ended up being identified later through a surveyor that that was kind

19:21

of a squirrelly corner that did not belong to the new landowner. So, in that, we

19:27

discovered more identification and boundaries need to be set. Meanwhile, a moment while we're

19:35

gone, the gate was removed and moved closer and taken out completely and put on the

19:40

neighboring land if his property, a new gate was made, a new kind of fencing was made

19:46

to kind of create new back property. So, it wasn't made in the forefront just in the back

19:52

part and one of our contractors stated that the one person that

19:58

lives in that residential area came up at night when he was so proud to show his work off to his wife and when he that

20:05

happened, the guy that has a grim, a column super he's known as Super Blah but I call him

20:11

puff puff because he gets this tone about him. He huffs and puffs and you can see it on the body cam of YouTube and stuff

20:16

and it's just sometimes ridiculous. So, anyways, with him, he states to our

20:23

contractor, the land owner's contractors and tells him, oh

20:28

well, if they have anybody out here, I could shut this gate and lock it and then call the

20:33

sheriffs and I have the permission of the YCSO to do that. Well, we try to make that

20:38

address to the YCSO. Well, it like, no, no, no big deal.

20:43

Like, it's not an issue. That's kidnapping. let's go on. That's what I was talking about when we're doing this in our play

20:49

now. So but I just want to kind of give you a little bit of background on that. Oh god, Ashby, huh?

20:57

You guys need to clean your house. You need to clean your house. You need to be accountable. How about my

21:02

evidence Donna Gordon who got hit by one of your YCSO. Yet the investigation I got the

21:07

report. So let me say about the report. So I had pulled and requested a public record and so in that I did not get the

21:15

investigation report or the report. I got some of the photos from what is going to be coming out. And in that you

21:20

have the front passenger light, cracked. You the hood up top by

21:29

where the windshield meets the hood area dented and then you have the passenger door that's

21:35

popped out. So, that would take an investigation person that can tell you how fast they're

21:41

going but definitely wouldn't be slow. I mean, you let your door wouldn't pop up that far out and those photos are on my

21:46

blog and there is for I can make sure that Donna's in story is told in truth and that's and

21:54

she's she gave me so much of truth. I want to make sure her end story is truth. However, it's kind of spliced everybody

22:00

because I, the kid, who was not a kid. Now, he's in his 30s. The deputy, I've watched him

22:06

grow up. I love his family and so this is heart wrenching for me because here I as I want the

22:11

truth, I also don't want to see something good come from this and and some men or some way

22:18

and that's I think what happened on the RNL when you parallel the thing. I think some of the people that are real close in would like just

22:23

something good to from from it. However, people don't realize. I was on that fire. I was on

22:29

the Weaver Mountains. I was with the men. They're dead. I'm not and I need to find documents to lead to the truth

22:34

and that's what I'm in it for and so, it's not late. It's not a blame game. It's finding out what happened and then going

22:40

from there to try to make some changes because it shouldn't happen again. So, doing our best to lessen wildland firefighters fatalities is my

22:46

only goal on this. So, here we go. I got the photos and you guys can't even see that guy

22:52

wasn't going fast. Nah, I don't hear it. You guys need to start doing your job.

23:01

Amen. In the house, in the sanctuary, right here. I had to

23:06

be there when 19 men died and you guys are the chain of evidence break. You know how

23:14

that breaks me up? Breaks me up. I go to the State Forestry

23:19

and show them all the evidence and it starts with you guys. So

23:25

this is a very layered fire Yarn Hill Fire. It's not just like simple that it just stopped with Yavapai County

23:30

Sheriff's Office. It they are a layer within the many layers within this thing. But yes a

23:36

very significant crucial piece of documentation. Uh I asked in the springtime for yeah if I kind of sheriff's office so let

23:44

me meet with the deputies that gathered the bones. So there's a one at Gather the Bones and one that bones got transferred to this other deputy So, I had

23:50

to ask for an interview that was all set up and then they go in ahead and cancelled that interview and in this

23:55

documentation, it's a big thread of stuff gathered from June 30th to July 7th of 2013

24:01

and on it, they have the GPS coordinates of two

24:06

firefighters. I won't do it. It's an inappropriate platform to name the people. However, they are deceased from June

24:12

30th, 2013 and yes, they are two firefighters. Uh outside that, I will not name the names

24:17

here on this live thread However, they were gathered with placing names on it. So,

24:23

for them to place a name on something that never went anywhere yet, they're just sitting gathering inventory

24:30

situation. That's a red flag for me because that means somebody got in their ear. Number two, they placed the GPS

24:35

coordinates on it. When you go and Google it, at the time, there it which is all a document already that provided

24:42

in it and it shows it's night right behind the helm home over to the left. So, I I had a

24:48

concern that we didn't address it. So, if we're talking Lieutenant Pritchard that you're here to help the people.

24:54

I'm one of the people that almost died on June 30th, 2013. So, help me finalize and get

25:00

this without taking you guys to court, to summons, anything, and waste my money and time and

25:05

my health, energy, any further. Help me. If you really want to help, let me speak to these

25:11

deputies and and and finally get some closure and healing closure like I got last weekend

25:16

like I was telling you from another firefighter You understand? The past summer, I have been getting so many and

25:22

and I'm telling you, the city of Prescott right now, I I'm going to let you know some of your stations, they need to

25:28

either, you guys either memo out, but they have addressed things to me and so, I know

25:35

more than I will speak, but I guaranteeing you right now, this is awful, that there's too

25:40

many people out there that right now, no more information,

25:45

and that's unfair to not only self and Sonny Gilligan who were the eyewitness on the fire

25:50

in history of wildland fires that didn't happen and to have the tenacity that I've taken it to almost 10 years and to have

25:57

the body cam have where Sergeant Ashby's is like, well, why did she keep that in? Why this long? Because you guys

26:02

aren't telling the truth, you know? That's why when you guys start telling the truth, I can move on but I'm moving on

26:08

either way. See, I do this plus that. So, it's like a side thing because I'm not going to let it go. I want those

26:13

children and the grandma and no, somebody cared enough. Do you guys care enough because that's what I need to know. I

26:19

can tell you right now. I could show you the documentation but I won't give you at all. No

26:24

way. Cuz you guys didn't even give it to me in a public records request. I got this from another entity. So this is

26:32

disturbing. People. This is stuff that should be out there already in the investigation

26:37

report. Failure to do a difficult right thing is what I'm going to tell you right now. So let's go ahead and play

26:42

the rest. You know, you take in bones, it goes to the medical examiner and then it has a of

26:48

evidence but no, it breaks with you guys. Right next to the helms, you know how that makes

26:55

me feel? and then I have to have that all the time in my

27:01

face. You might say I have to have that. I'm actually showing my body language towards Sergeant Ashby because if you look at my YouTube, my post, my

27:06

blog. She countless times since this beginning and I remember

27:12

it was December 1st when I was doing my blood labs and my cancer markers up in Prescott and then at the mountain there.

27:18

She said that afternoon when I told her she had till 3 PM that afternoon to apologize to me. When she called me afternoon,

27:24

she told me it was a very sensitive situation. **** Really? I'm the eyewitness

27:29

lady. You guys might have been there on the aftermath to pick up the pieces and everything but I'm the one that was there watching it. I know about the

27:35

fires down below, okay? Thank you. Anyways, here's the rest. Picks me up but god's watching

27:41

and we're in the sanctuary right now. You want to talk? Amen. Well, we're going to spin around for a little while. I'm

27:48

sorry. Is there any issues? Appreciate. So, Lieutenant Pritchard, he's the one that came towards. I thought maybe

27:53

he had body cam because he came towards me and he said, I'm sorry that you, you know, like something to the fact that I saw you went through that. So,

27:59

that that was very kind but I did ask Morgan if I could request some records. They didn't have any recording from

28:04

yesterday. I confirmed that today. But when we get into the next thing because this is the

28:09

meeting. I'm going to go ahead and tell you. I call the evidence and we'll go through it from there. You know what

28:14

the people you think can have that issue? Uh also I'm going to have Okay. So, now,

28:22

we're going to go. We did the lieutenant. We did the hearing last night. Now, we're going to go to Evidence. So, this is what I call evidence

28:27

department.

28:36

Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office. How may I direct your call? Uh yes. Uh Yavapai County

28:41

Sheriff's Evidence Office Okay, hold on one moment. Thank you.

28:53

The Fight County Sheriff's Office? Uh yes, I was told this week by a lieutenant that I can

28:58

pick up my new trespassing custom signs that were. Okay. On on Monday? Okay.

29:23

The motor serious psychology from that Sergeant Ashby. Serious rhythmology, verbal,

29:28

all around and from other people in the

29:34

end. Thank you for holding the sisters and how can I help you? Hi, Susan. I had a lieutenant say that you guys have some of my items and evidence that

29:40

you're going to release to me. Um I just kind of want to know the process and how that works because in the conversation,

29:45

he's going to go back and look and see but Lieutenant Winfrey had told this other Lieutenant

29:50

that you guys have items of mine. Uh so, is it by

29:56

appointment or? Yeah, correct. Sorry. Yeah. Try a little fast. So, they're your items that you have here. Yeah. Correct. Uh

30:02

huh. And. Okay. My question is. Do you have a case number? No. I do not. It's do you guys were

30:07

to build a criminal case under Sergeant Deanne Lynette Ashby

30:13

and that would be back in June twenty twenty-one. Okay. And then my name is Joy A Colora.

30:20

Can you spell your last name for me? C COLLURA And what's

30:26

your date of birth? Seven one seven two. Alright, let me look

30:33

up and see what we have. Okay.

31:04

When were these items taken? June 2021.

31:44

It wasn't September. Uh she could have finally put it into evidence in September because that is one of the that is when

31:51

the Lieutenant Winfrey spoke to me in the first portion of the September of twenty twenty-one.

31:57

Let me pull this file really quick. Let me place you on a brief hold. I thank you.

32:29

So remember everybody, Sergeant Ashby is trying to build a criminal for trespassing case

32:34

against me and at this point, I'm encountering that challenge and documentation. We were able

32:42

to talk about Uh where it comes to sergeant and

33:28

it's a headache. I don't mean. It's time wasting. Time spent to be wasted.

33:35

Again, for their narratives, agendas, queries, who know question mark questionnaire.

34:30

be seven of them. I have four.

34:35

Okay. So that's all we have at this time and at this time, I don't have anything saying that this, that these items are

34:44

available for release. So, I don't know. So, that's the status of it. Do I need to county attorney's office? Yeah,

34:50

can I Email it to you? What the, the recording from the lieutenant we talked yeah, I

34:55

think yesterday or yeah, it was yesterday. Um my recommendation would be to talk to him again

35:02

and have him send us an Email. Okay. Um have him sent, he knows how to get a hold of us.

35:07

Okay. So, if he would like those items released, he needs to send us an Email and let us

35:12

know.

35:18

that's what he would like. Yeah, because in his statement yesterday, he said that Lieutenant Winfrey already told me that those were released to me. That's not, that would be untrue, I told him. He goes,

35:24

well, I'll look into it because I said, nope, I did not get any notification from evidence department or anyone. Yeah. So,

35:32

we, typically, what happens is we get something from the county attorney's office saying you can release these items and

35:38

then, we check in with the deputy and say, is this okay that we give these items back? And then, we send out a card

35:44

saying, hey, come and pick up your stuff. We have here. So, it doesn't look like we have any paperwork at all on this

35:51

case. So. So then also if that's the case, we're waiting on this lieutenant to do that. Um what is the legal holding of

35:58

it that long? I just don't understand. Right now, according to us, it's

36:03

constituting as evidence. So, typically, the county attorney's office is the one that will let us know, hey, you

36:10

can let it go. Okay. So, as far as what happens and what they have to do with it, I honestly, it's not really our thing. Yeah, right. Um and we wait for

36:15

that note, that official notification from them or from the deputies and then we then

36:21

we do what we have to do to get get them back to you. Gotcha. So, because I have you on the

36:28

phone. Yes. Let me verify that we have the correct address for you and phone number. Is that

36:33

okay? It It's just. Is it you're going to do a physical address? I have in order for us

36:39

to mail a card to you. Oh, it's PO box. Five seven two. Okay. So, what's your point you get?

36:45

PO box? Five seven two. Five seven two. Congress. Uh huh and then eight five three three

36:51

two. That's good because I only had

36:56

a physical address. Yeah. It wouldn't have worked out. And I have a phone number of four eight zero five five nine one nine seven one. Is that still

37:02

correct? Yes. So yeah, if you've been in contact with the

37:08

lieutenant and they want to send us an Email allowing for release, please feel free to do so. So. Yeah. At this point in

37:16

time, we don't have any other notification. Yeah, because when I said, you know what? I'm going to call evidence because he's saying that that that

37:21

Lieutenant Winfrey already is in the assertive that they already released that and that's untrue. So, I was like,

37:27

I'm going to call you guys and see what you had in your notes. That's because I I I'm the most documented person like, nope,

37:33

didn't happen. Yeah we still have them. We still have them here. So, yeah. If they want to

37:39

send us something or we can send out, I mean, we just need to, we need to get all of our

37:46

paperwork in before we can allow for relief. That's fine. I just want to know because I'm going to be in that area this week. So, I was like, well,

37:52

maybe one stop, you know, to go get em but if not, that's fine. Yeah, I mean, they're pretty

37:57

easy for us to give it. I mean, there, we don't have to, it's not like a gun. what we have to do background check or anything. Right. So, so yeah, if you can, if you want to work

38:03

through getting approval, sent over to us. Like I said, any lieutenant knows how to get a hold of us. They can easily

38:09

send us an Email and let us know. Alright, sounds good. Have a day. Alright. You too. Take care. Bye. So after that I

38:17

after talking to evidence mentioned the county attorney. I went ahead and called them.

38:23

So here's that. So, it is October 19th at 12 59 PM. I'm

38:29

calling the County Attorney elected 2000 Sheila Polk. Uh so, let's go ahead and do that.

39:11

Good afternoon, County Attorney's Office. Well, honestly. Okay.

39:32

Look at all the time I've wasted. Based on

39:37

based on these caused me harm. Yeah.

39:48

There's the evidence there.

39:54

documentation and evidence. confusion versus blaze

40:00

narratives. Remember God's watching everything. Everything we do.

40:25

It is nice that when the train goes by every day, it's got a different

40:47

Thank you for holding. How may I help you? Oh yes, I'm looking for the county attorney, Sheila Polk. Is it in regards to a

40:54

particular case? I was calling the Yavapai County Evidence that was told by a lieutenant that my stuff was ready to pick

41:02

up and then it's tied up in from you guys as not being released and nothing in the

41:07

system and that's from June twenty twenty-one. What is your name?

41:15

COLLURA. First name Joy. Middle initial A.

41:26

Oh, by the way, Harry Ober, my division one was. Are you a witness in the case or was it,

41:32

were you a victim in the case? Well, if you, in reality, that'd be true. Uh, but you

41:37

guys have we're building a criminal case against me. I

41:42

only show you connected as a, as a witness to a case. Um, let

41:49

me just double check to make sure I felt your last name correctly. C O L L U R A. Yeah.

41:58

Okay, first name of joy. Mm hmm. I do not see any active

42:08

cases. Um. Yeah. In their system. Every June 2021 and they won't release it until you

42:14

guys. I don't yeah but I don't have a case. So, I don't have a case. Hm. Uh in our system. Um

42:21

so, if it's from June twenty twenty, what was it? Court? No, I was Sergeant Deanne Lynette

42:30

Ashby was trying to build a criminal, no trespassing case.

42:37

Okay. Um so, it may be that they are still pending. Their

42:44

investigation and have not submitted it to our office as of yet. Um. It shows on the Evidence Department that it is

42:51

with the Attorney of the Attorney Attorney Office. Well, I need to tell you, I am the

42:58

county attorney's office and I have nothing under your name from the Sheriff's Office. Thank you. For an

43:03

investigation. Thank you. 2021. How about September? Cuz she, when she looked in her system.

43:08

Nothing. Okay nothing under your name at all. Sheriff? As for a criminal case against

43:14

you. Yeah, that's weird. Yeah. Okay. I have I have one case where you were listed as a

43:20

witness in a case from 2013. Oh, for your sign? Tree. Yeah,

43:28

the only entry I have. So, I'm assuming miss Sergeant Ashby

43:34

never. You hear that? This is a person that looks to her whole

43:40

system for my name. Nothing shows up but being an eyewitness on the Arnold Hellfire. You know criminal

43:45

background. No nothing. So, like what's going on y'all if I kind of share this office? Why

43:51

do you still have my customized, expensive, no trespassing signs, please. Tell me. Committed her case. Doctor.

43:57

She may have said that. Got it. On her paperwork. But the case

44:02

never was submitted to our office. Okay, sounds good. So, it's just in that loop then. It just never got submitted. It

44:08

was in the paperwork and then, go back to the lieutenant that called me yesterday. That's cool. Yeah and I apologize

44:16

where it seems like we're, you know, getting, you're getting the runaround, but it's, it's

44:21

something somewhere over at the sheriff's office and, and if they want us to review it,

44:26

then, they can send it over to us. Sounds good. Alright, have a beautiful day. Okay. Thank

44:32

you, you too. Bye. so that was at one o'clock this

44:37

afternoon and then we'd go back to the evidence. I get done with that and then at one

44:42

thirty-one, I go ahead or is that one sixteen? I go ahead and call evidence back. So, here we go.

44:51

County Sheriff's Office. Have I direct your call? Evidence department? Just a moment.

45:00

Yes, I can be sheriff about this evidence. Oh, yeah. I just called before. My name is Joy

45:06

Kalora. Mm hmm. So, I come, I talked to the county attorney and they've never had a case

45:12

ever in regards to me except they said, I'm in their system as the eyewitness to the Arnell

45:18

Hill fire where the nineteen men died. Other than that, they don't have anything.

45:25

Okay. Um so do you need to talk to an evidence tech regarding

45:31

this? Well, yeah, because you guys are holding my, no trespassing sign since June 2021 and I'm just wondering

45:37

where is this leading to Okay. Okay. Hold on 1 minute. Okay.

45:55

October 19th, 116 PM. Thank you for holding this and Susan. How can I help you? Hi, Susan. We

46:01

just talked before. Uh Joy Kalora. Hi. So, I talked to the county attorney's office and

46:07

they said in the history of your county, they've never had any thing filed against me

46:13

except that I am the eyewitness to the Arnold Hellfire where the 19 men died. Okay. So,

46:19

there should be zero documentation to have my stuff held that long. Okay. So, you

46:27

had stated that you talked to a lieutenant of some sort. Pritchard, yeah, P R I T. Yup.

46:32

Mm hmm. Right, I know him. So, were you going to get a hold of him to have him send us something? Um that. Or do you

46:38

want me? Yeah, could you do that because of the altercation that last night at the town meeting. Um the Lieutenant very

46:48

kindly and warm got out and spoke in front of Congresstown and then one of the people was

46:55

upset about the OHV regulations not being enforced and then Sergeant Ashby stated that she

47:01

would handle that matter and that's when I said handle the matter like you did. She's the

47:07

one that's been a thorn in my side from day one after the Yarnell fire when I've all I've tried to do is get the

47:13

documentation to lead to a conclusion and she's been my biggest distraction and all that. Okay. Alright, I'll go

47:20

ahead and send him an Email and then I already got your information down. So, if he gives me the go ahead, then, I will go ahead and give you a

47:27

and we can set up an appointment. Yeah, great. Yeah, because there's no legal reason

47:32

at this point if there's not even a case or anything in the system. Right, absolutely. Okay. Thank you. Sounds good. Alright, bye. Yeah, no problem.

47:38

Take care. Bye. So, in the past day, Gariel

47:45

Olsen, I would love to give you all his credits. He's going to really go on to his social media, look at his crits. He's

47:51

got a hell of a background. Uh stated, well I'm going to pause

47:57

out because I don't know if children are viewing this or not. So, any cuss words, I'm going to go beep. So, it says,

48:02

well, hallelujah. Praise the lord and pass ammunition. I've

48:07

been asking a question begging and or cajoling whatever I can't read. Sun glare on my

48:12

screen. Pleading and everything else with just a short of borderline threatening you to

48:18

hear about see, read, and just learn about some of your evidence now for almost 10 years, almost a decade, almost

48:24

one tenth of a with three little ammonicons of oh wait

48:29

please somebody pinch me but not on that link because that's

48:34

excites me because I might just be still asleep and just dream it but joyous might finally be coming forward which is some of

48:41

her evidence and so thank you the good Lord. The plot is going to thicken. God forbid the plot should finally attain

48:47

some clarity. It's very difficult. I told them sir once you learn. I feel for all

48:52

involved. And I do. I feel strongly for everybody involved on all levels from from local

48:58

to towns, communities, surrounding communities,

49:03

county, cities, especially the cities And now what I know, it

49:09

breaks my heart. Uh state, federal, all of it. My heart goes out to everyone. All I'm

49:15

trying to do is get the documents to lead to why I almost died and how 19 men did die. And in that Gary, I have

49:22

to state to it has to be done with grace. Because if I can't handle the truth, how am I

49:29

expect anybody else to handle the truth. So, we hired in January Uh we have a lawyer and

49:37

a political publicist and they're working behind the scenes on that. Uh we're trying to figure out the best way to

49:42

put it out because it's not easy. But I think it's about

49:47

time people understand I have so many tens of thousands of

49:53

documents that's already out there Gary. So for you to make that statement like I just now, I'm putting stuff out. I've

49:59

been putting stuff out more than any human being. I, there's not person. First of

50:04

all, it's done more than me. I've been on those Weaver Mountains since the Yarn Hill Fire over a thousand times trying to educate, get people

50:10

to understand, comprehend, see where the positions were. Do you know how many times I'm on the Weaver Mountains? And they

50:18

say, oh, this is where the great amount Mount Hot Shots were that day. **** The Gretamom Hotshots were over by

50:23

the observation day. Deck up top and down by the saddle and down below. Now, anywhere else.

50:30

Number eleven, Anthony Rose is where I came out with Sonny Gilli down to the windmill over on Ackerys Land and out by

50:37

Foothills where we're parked, it made it out and looking at the homeowner's accounts and

50:42

all the different photos and the videos and stuff, we have a documentation of only 11 minutes that we made it out.

50:48

When we were over on Acura's property on June 30th, 2013 and we were in that wash. I wanted

50:53

to fall asleep for a little bit because I was dumb, spent, heat stroked. Had I done that, I

50:59

wouldn't be here today. Had Sonny not come back for me on top of the Weaver Mountains. I wouldn't be here today. He had

51:04

my water I had my feet out of my snake boots, the edema had kicked in and anybody that

51:10

deals with edema knows exactly what that means. I had already walked from the DMV that week

51:16

all the way by Chino Valley, Prescott, down. My feet were tired. And so, when I have

51:23

evidence, when I say I have evidence back channel, I am limited in resources. I have to

51:29

rely on Fred and I have to rely on Scotty Briggs. Have you done

51:35

anything, Gary? Have you guys, anybody? Have you accept back channel talk **** about me,

51:42

people? I'm doing the difficult right thing and I've done it from day one. The second person

51:47

who's done the difficult right thing would be Fred J Sheffler because in my public records which I'm Queen of Records,

51:53

he's the most announced person to stay away from because he will dig for the truth is what those Email threads say. And

52:00

then you, Gary, would be the next one and then Bob Powers on the stands of the 10 and 18, the ten standard fire orders,

52:07

and the eighteen watch outs. When say things on the website

52:12

about Dawn Devendorf, I'm not picking on Dawn Devendorf. I have to take documents to lead

52:17

to a conclusion. So, if I scatternally put things out, there's always a reason behind what I do. It is not to harm or

52:24

hurt anybody to show but it's a beautiful story. Beautiful story. If people wanted to

52:29

learn and I will do a post on it someday about Dawn

52:35

Devendorf. Look at he earned his way in those positions. Sure. You look at the

52:40

documentation on my recent post on some of his verbiage and then you listen to some of the recordings that some of you

52:45

guys have out there. Very similar in that verbiage. So, I'm just trying to push out

52:51

truth, documents to lead to those truths. not trying to

52:56

cause harm, just trying to get what I deserve and that's the truth of why I almost died on June 30th but 19 men did and

53:03

let me tell you something. It's hard because I know some of you guys. Now, I go to the Fire

53:11

Academy's and get trained. You know what's so sad? I'm sorry, Libby. I'm going to bring up your name in this You guys have

53:17

a mission and a value system. I understand because I have been side by side mister Fred

53:24

Sheffler for many years now and we have countless times had a ups and downs back and forth

53:31

and there's not one finer person you're going to meet out there that wants the truth out about the Grandmount Hot Shots.

53:37

He was also someone that was on my documentation of being shelf. I had to have crew time reports, resource orders. There

53:44

was nobody around my system. If you were my immediate, you still were being searched out. I've have given this an

53:51

unbiased look and that I can say, looking back. And when it comes to Scotty Briggs and the

53:57

recent pause on September 15th, 2022. That was a permanent pause. And the reason why I say

54:03

permanent because I'm always here to rectify or make things better. But when I wildland

54:09

firefighters foundation having a lot going on. It's a fire

54:15

season and they had so much going and happening and there was a death just recently when I came into that on the the

54:22

eighteenth, I got toward and I arrived on the 17th of July on

54:28

the eighteenth. I got a tour of the expansion and it was so traumatizing for me to go and I

54:35

even just talking about it. I lose my breath. Then, I

54:41

I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I could never step back into that building again, ever. Based on

54:50

what I saw on the walls, and I asked for a public record form

54:55

just to lead to a conclusion to find out who's, where, and what

55:00

and figure it all out because it didn't add up. What I was seeing on the walls. And noone

55:05

would I know. And you know, you couldn't be the finer, excellent person. Then Vicky

55:12

Miner and Brooke Miner. But I have to do my, I would have to do this from an unbiased thing.

55:18

So, when I was told in an excitable voice and I want you all to look and think, when you

55:23

talk to Scott Briggs, there's certain that I listen to tones and everything. And when he state that Vicki Minor was

55:31

asking about the desert walker. He was excited when he was telling me that. Ask him, you know, what can they do? How can

55:37

we can help her? And he said, I counseling. You know, I I got the best counselors, you know.

55:44

All I need is the truth. I have the best brain doctors. I have the breast brain, cerebral cares. I have the best brain

55:50

health care. Uh you can ever ask for and and I'll tell you when I'm tired or sick, the

55:55

ganglia gets overactive and that's it and I have a a natural supplement that Gamma

56:02

is something that you can just take and it calms that thing area down. but other than that,

56:08

Wildland Firefighter Foundation on July 18th 2022, I had been a lifetime member for one year

56:15

and I did my resignation letter. Based on what I saw on the wall that is my life, my my

56:24

I'm allowed to do that and and anybody tied to the company, I want zero association with. The

56:31

Vos Jet Company. I am not laying blame on you guys. All I'm saying is when you have letters in the back channel

56:38

from a Senator Hayes stating that Tibitorian that he laid down for many decades and

56:45

killing the other story and all the chemicals that were placed down in the communities. When

56:50

you see that, and then you see the aftermath and you see the detour plant, the gemstone

56:55

weed, the binoxious weeds, the the density of that was out there. When you see that out

57:01

there, and then you go and see when I'm up there, you gotta remember, I wasn't just there

57:07

on June 30th. I was there on Friday, Saturday, Sunday. and on Friday, we went to the

57:13

Yarno. On Friday, we got a call from Rhonda Carnes from the gas station here in Congress and we

57:18

were on Norton Way and you remember, we had just walked in that DMV that week up in Prescott and my feet were

57:24

tired. So, I was just staying local. No mountains, no slopes and when she called and she goes, did you see that lightning strike? Are you on

57:30

the weavers? I said, no, Rhonda. I'm not on the weavers. I'm over on Norton Way, keeping

57:35

it simple on flat ground and over here, all we see is dark gray skies dry lightning.

57:41

That's it. She goes, wow, we saw the lightning. Now, there's a fire over there. So, I go

57:47

over to the towers because we're walking that day. We're not driving around or anything. We're walking and I get over

57:52

there over to the tower and I don't see anything because of the ridges but all I could have in my mind was those

57:59

prospectors that we had just told down in congress that are new and a lot of people don't even know what what were we

58:05

doing up there that weekend, you know, we had Heckman, Chief Heckman saying, oh, if I had knew you're up there, I woulda arrested you. Yeah, right Okay.

58:12

Well, the reason why we're up there, we had two prospectors. We had met on the 16th of June.

58:19

One was in Wisconsin, one was from Wyoming, one was a teacher, retired, and one was a professor tired. First time

58:25

crack at it. They wanted to be prospectors. Go for the gold. And they were out there in the

58:30

hot heat in June. Unfamiliar of how it works. The cold bills,

58:35

the warm belts, of the Weaver Mountains and I thought, I I come, I could teach him the

58:42

tools. I can tell them where to go. The geezer guys, I like a drink too. So, when here in the

58:47

sun, you get depleted and you like to drink, Imma live and let live person. Allow people

58:52

to whatever. I don't try to change people but let me explain something. That sun could kill you real fast if

58:57

you're not used to being around this area. So, I told them about the cold belts. You go

59:02

over by the clogged crop ranch area, the amendment area and not near Ackrey's but in their

59:08

surrounding those areas. There's some nice cold belts. There's where the mountain lions and the bears are mostly.

59:13

So, I them about that. You know, and so, when I'm out

59:19

there on the tower on that Friday, I'm thinking about those people. Are they up there? Did they go up there? I

59:24

better check it out. I better find out. I felt really bad if

59:29

something happened to them. So, we we went a little bit but

59:34

we're tired, man. I had edema. So, we went back. I said, I'm I'm going to sleep in. I told

59:40

Ronda, I was sleeping in. I'll get it the next day. Or in 150, we get to the Yarnell Fire Department. We're at the Yar

59:46

Fire Department knocking. Guy Dart Yarnell shirt. Dark hair.

59:53

Black hair. Tall. Comes to the door. And he says can I help you? Yeah. I just want to know

59:59

if there is a fire. How's that going? Oh it's all under control. I said so it's okay because I want to go alert some

1:00:05

prospectors that when I explain my whole story to him. Yeah. Where are things under control?

1:00:10

Everything's good. But at the same time he's telling me everything's under control. Sonny Gilligan and I. We heard the F bombs in the background.

1:00:15

Some kind of arguments. It was until later, years later that we were learning from the

1:00:22

first-hand firefighters that were in that building. What really happened on Saturday in the jurisdiction issues from

1:00:28

the first hand firefighters and the F bombs were reality because they were fighting. So,

1:00:34

that was hard because we were up on the weavers on Saturday on the twenty-ninth and when we

1:00:41

were going out there, we went by Bob Kramer's place and and Rita Pollock was talking to Bob Kramer and and I said, we're

1:00:48

just going to go out real quick and stuff and you know, it's late out there. So, we park off a candy cane lane. We go in. Uh

1:00:54

they're kind of like the back curve way and up behind the helms and then we curve out and

1:01:00

I have all this on my blog. I put my whole entire pattern of my walking step. It's all out there on my blog and so then I

1:01:08

and we're coming back that evening on Saturday. It was kind of like a a show of fire,

1:01:14

you know, and we were with Bob Kramer and Rita Pollock and we're sitting there on the

1:01:20

fencing area between the two properties of them too and and we're just talking, you know, never thought, you know, we

1:01:25

just thought it was a wildfire. We didn't know anything about it. Come Sunday, I I said, I

1:01:31

gotta get to those guys. Oh, the reason why we turned around on Saturday was because there

1:01:36

was bears and it was over by the homes by the Boulderist area and then, that's all on the blog. I I mark everywhere

1:01:43

where everything is and then on Sunday,

1:01:49

it's one of the hardest times of my entire life because

1:01:55

I I don't know how to explain it. It breaks me up. So I'm just going to tell you. We get out. I go through McCrary's

1:02:02

place. We go the back way. The old Borough Trail. As we're going by the first the cattle

1:02:08

pond. and then you curve and you go over behind the helms. And then you go to the base

1:02:14

where the men deployed. That's where we argued Sunday night because he wanted to go up and

1:02:20

it even breaking day And I wanted to go around and and

1:02:26

scale the boulders. Cuz I know how many snake man Tommy Maid and I and Frankie Sarah's. I

1:02:31

know how many rattlesnakes we've dropped up in that area. I was like yeah. I don't want to go up that and you know

1:02:37

because you gotta fight. It's like a maze intertwined. The density of the vegetation out

1:02:43

there. It was not. So I I I didn't want to do it. I was stubborn. I told them. And

1:02:50

Sonny usually is stubborn too and does his thing and I do my thing. But this time he followed me. And we scaled the boulders round, headed towards

1:02:55

the way of the helms and curving around and we come out of wash and when we came out of

1:03:01

the wash, who do we see coming out of the wash not too as far after us was Eric, Shane Marsh.

1:03:08

And Holly Henderson Neil was the only person and person that

1:03:15

I told that to and she showed me some strawberries early on and so when she would show me

1:03:21

these strawberries, she goes, what do you, what do you think of this area? And at the same time, she me that. She was

1:03:26

asking about me and Sonny in our relationship and you know, we always joke about Sonny and

1:03:32

I, the old married couple. He's old and unmarried and yet, I have always if anybody knew me,

1:03:39

I I love my grandpa so much and I have them. Break some heart.

1:03:55

I always will have an emotional layer because he's taught me so much about how to pioneer and live off the land but I I also

1:04:01

have taught him a lot on how to live off the land. So, when Holly was telling me all about

1:04:07

this area, she was so fixated on the relationship between Sonny and I. Ask him really

1:04:14

private questions too and I thought, well, that's weird for first time and she's like, oh, you're a real estate agent. I

1:04:20

looked you up and everything. I'm like, nope, just a housewife, hiker. And she goes,

1:04:25

no,

1:04:33

you up and and so there is a joy and and and it's in Florida

1:04:40

that has the same exact couple name as Nehemiah

1:04:47

spouse and yeah it just blows me away that they were so

1:04:55

fixated on creating a distraction and I ended up

1:05:01

going to a smoke jumper conference from her co-partner

1:05:08

doing a book and this summer her co-partner stated he's not

1:05:15

doing the RNL fire. I'm making a public statement. I would

1:05:21

love your content and and you give me a price on what want for that. I've paid enough prime on public records. Some entities, they owe me money back but you know, in god's

1:05:27

time, in god's way, I'll get that money back some other way because I doubt I'll ever get it back from the entities that truly do owe it to me and when we go up the mountain, when

1:05:32

Eric Shane Marsh came up to us, we didn't think anything of it. I know Sonny in authority. So, I I was just trying to you know, let's get him away like let's get going, you know, kind

1:05:38

of mentality And when he asked which way is the best way to the fire Funny firefighters escanos the hikers but I guess that's that local factors on your watchout situations, right? So, when he asked us the

1:05:44

way to the fire, Sonny answered. But he looked at me when he asked. And then Sonny

1:05:50

answered. And when after that that's around 807 in the

1:05:56

morning on June 30th. Within two minutes we saw him tying pink ribbons onto the bushes

1:06:03

and I made a funny comment. Uh would tell back channel and not

1:06:08

for channel. And it's it's a thing that's we we're going

1:06:14

through the erosion part going up the mountain The Eric Shane

1:06:20

Marsh was like a rabbit. He can go up and down. He was conditioned. He was he was not

1:06:26

tired. He was fully with energy. He was full of passion.

1:06:32

This guy had a a thing for fire and you could feel it And It

1:06:39

breaks my heart that there's so many people that lay all the blame on Eric over time and

1:06:45

it's not what I saw that day. You know. So we're getting up to the top and I have to go to

1:06:51

the bathroom. And I'm looking to go behind the boulder. And Eric Shane Marsh comes down and he tells me you see that man up

1:06:59

there? You gotta leave. We're going to be dropping **** and it's better me to tell you than

1:07:04

that man up there. And I was like alright people don't realize. I had a head-on

1:07:10

recording going on that moment and then as we passed the

1:07:16

Granite Mountain Hotshots going down. But because of something Sunny said and we'll tell you

1:07:21

in a moment. But when we're up on top the guy that's can now

1:07:28

considered the mystery man which during my investigation in all of the interviews, they

1:07:34

disregarded or even said that he don't exist. Uh it breaks my

1:07:40

heart that people will go to great lengths to hide, omit, cover, the truth and I have the

1:07:49

documentations that lead to the truth And I hope today that some of you that you're

1:07:54

going to speak up, do you speak up, And some of you, I removed off my Facebook list because

1:08:01

you didn't speak up when you said you're going to speak up and so I was frustrated and I

1:08:08

know, I'm so I'm kind of going all over the place because my head's just kind of numb right

1:08:14

now but as we left, going down. Sonny said, take a picture of that guy up top. So, while we're in a different section, I

1:08:20

took a far away picture of him. So, I got a blurry image but I was told that guy didn't exist

1:08:29

From people that are of authority that was doing the research to investigate this virus. And so it blew me away. That something wasn't adding

1:08:35

up. But when we went up there there was four or five tiny bushes on fire. And then that's

1:08:41

also from the fire that was made from the day before from the prison crew. From Saturday. There was some smoldering fusy

1:08:48

actions over by the old mine. And that's what we eye witnessed. So when we're coming

1:08:53

down. Sonny said take your camera out. Take your camera out. Take

1:08:59

pictures. Take there's some men. Take pictures. A whole bunch of people coming. And I didn't want to do that. So I put the camera in my chest

1:09:06

area. Hanging it over my neck. And I put on live video. So I

1:09:11

have a live video of the Granite Mountain Hotshots as we passed by them. And Sonny said

1:09:17

those men look like they're on their death march. It made me like whoa. The hairs on my

1:09:23

thing. I was like a quickly took the SD card and put another SD card and slipped it in my my jeans. My pants. and

1:09:33

So, my hiking pants. So, when week passed, I still had to go to the bathroom. So, we go up

1:09:40

onto a knoll and we go and do that and that's when I got a

1:09:46

lot of photos taken. Uh thousands and thousands of photos were taken somebody,

1:09:53

well, well, I don't want to go fast forward. So, let me just go in in chronological order

1:09:59

and so as we're going down past the erosion spot and then over to the two track that leads

1:10:06

over to the helms to the saddle as one of our first positions and again, all these positions

1:10:11

are on my blog. You can see exact steps I was. We seen the the arms of Eric Shane Marsh go

1:10:19

up in the air. As Jesse was with the crew over to the left

1:10:24

more and that was when we looked and that's when the retardant was being dropped. It was as though this man was

1:10:30

frustrated that some we don't know what happened but

1:10:37

hands up in the air was what I saw And then we go over to around the corner which would

1:10:43

be near the observation deck today of the Granite Mount Hotshot Memorial Trail Park.

1:10:49

And when we're up there we watched it. We had the best view of everything. The best

1:10:55

view, the fires, the best view of the men, the best view of the firefighters down below. The best view of the helms. We

1:11:02

had the best view over anybody. You could see the in the distance. So recently when

1:11:07

Karen Norris was saying look at the article from every riddle I had to walk away. I know more

1:11:14

than I speak. And I do that because I don't want to be the one to speak it. I would hope

1:11:21

the ones when I push things out or shake things or get that tree shook. I like to get to

1:11:28

the origin of stuff. And the root of things. And and we all have to remember God exists and

1:11:35

we have to do our best to not do this in a frustrating or anger way. And try to bridge

1:11:40

this in the most graceful way. Because this is God's time and

1:11:45

God's will. And so when I was it? I took my boots off because

1:11:52

they were swelling. And I was done because once you take your boots off, you're pretty much done. Goes with the swelling.

1:11:58

And Sunny took off with my water And he was gone.

1:12:04

Approximately 40 minutes. And when he came back, he says, kid, you gotta get the hell out

1:12:10

of here. They they have radios. They have all those things and they're shown and there was an

1:12:15

aircraft coming over with some and he said, those are body bags and so, I said

1:12:22

Sonny, I'm tired and I'm going to sit here for a while. He goes, Joy, if that fired, if

1:12:28

that fire advances, this is like a shoot, a tunnel, or what do you say? A chimney. It will

1:12:34

kill us. We gotta go. And I didn't see the danger in it. I followed him and we got to the

1:12:42

Converse side. It was kind of up and down. he was helping me.

1:12:50

I was helping him It was a struggle because on the

1:12:55

congress side, you had to slide down the boulders before June 30th and the fire didn't take

1:13:02

it away. Um he had a slide down. So, like what you see at the Memorial Trail Park, that was a lot of hard work from the

1:13:09

conservation group as well as the prison crews which people gave the prison crews more credit because there was a lot

1:13:15

of work done by them as well because I was a witness to that and didn't look like that which

1:13:21

you guys get to trail on today. It wasn't like that on June 30th 2013. He had a slide-down bull a terrain that was so

1:13:28

thick that when you drop down you braided and hit something or you know stepped on a snake.

1:13:37

Uh we it's Frankie Saros and Snake Man for long time dropped

1:13:42

rattlesnakes in the side of actually where the parking lot right now is. Is where we used to put so many rattlesnakes

1:13:49

from our towns when people had to rattlesnake in their garage. That's where we let them go. Was right there. So we dropped

1:13:58

down and we get to number eleven Anthony Rose of the Granite Mountain Hasha Memorial

1:14:04

Trail today but on June 30th, that's where we positioned ourself and said, let's go down this way versus the Boulders

1:14:11

Congress side because we don't have a ride in our vehicles that way. So, we went down

1:14:16

towards the windmill where Akri is And then we went out to McCrary's where the foothills

1:14:22

where the vehicle was and so, that's how we ended up and it was until we got to learn over

1:14:29

the years the homeowners accounts, the firefighters

1:14:34

accounts that were in that area, the sheriffs, all these different peoples when they would give me their accounts and fire photos and videos and

1:14:41

I promise them animated and I still to this day will never throw them under the bus. But

1:14:47

some of them are most crucial information that leads to the proper conclusion versus what

1:14:54

the sets are disappointingly did you guys as homeowners did to me in Sonny Gilligan and to

1:15:00

the family of the Granite Mount Hodgeshots. Uh you should be disappointed in yourself for putting a product and I know

1:15:05

you're trying to you know avoid liability and you're trying to avoid this and that but it is a

1:15:10

poor product and I can say that because I'm the eyewitness to that fire And then the Ados try

1:15:17

to do their best to you know what? How could they do their best? And when you had Tom

1:15:22

Harbor given the towie regulations and and making sure that didn't happen that a proper assessment couldn't be

1:15:29

made. So, no, no investigation and then when you look at what was in the, look at what I'm dealing with. June 2021 over

1:15:36

some stinking no trespassing signs. Well, the GPS units,

1:15:42

they were in YCSO evidence for how long after they weren't even included in the

1:15:47

investigation reports. Go read my post on that. So, Gary, if you think I haven't done

1:15:52

anything, I've done above and beyond any human being has ever done on a fire fatality on the

1:15:59

aftermath of and watching what I did and the trauma that I've seen but I don't have PTSD but

1:16:07

the ones talking **** about me for sure do because you would help me to lead to a conclusion

1:16:13

but instead you distracted, you caused me harm and I don't

1:16:18

know. A lot of people don't know but on July 20th, 2022, right before I went to that wildland firefighter foundation

1:16:25

to get a public records form and before I went to station seven, I was attacked in Boise,

1:16:32

Idaho. And on July 18th, Betty Ash from Wildland Firefighter Foundation said the Holy Spirit told her, don't go to that

1:16:39

interview on Friday. Something bad's going to happen to you. And then on the twentieth,

1:16:44

something bad did happen to me. I had to size it up. And the behavior and the mannerisms I

1:16:52

saw, after a year of giving and being good to the Wildland Fire Foundation, you know it. I did fundraisers, became a $1300

1:16:58

lifetime member, did gifts all through the to encourage and be

1:17:06

just try to be and I don't want to belong. I don't need to belong to anything but god. but I was trying to be interactive and trying to you know, they do

1:17:12

a lot of hard work. So, I was trying to show appreciation with my grandmother's money. It

1:17:18

wasn't my money. It was my grandmother's money when she died And to have him Burke

1:17:25

Miner call and if you go and look at my post, it was a high

1:17:31

priority call. Go look what a high priority call with law enforcement means. Over a Public Records Forum I when

1:17:41

Scotty Briggs told me that she was asking, you know what? The best thing that he he should

1:17:47

have done there is said, You know, let's get Joy on the phone. Let's start bridging you

1:17:52

guys together. You know, instead of creating this division, you know, and and did something like that but he didn't because he's working on

1:17:58

a film and a project and he's trying to follow, you know, make everybody happy. He's just that kind of guy. He doesn't

1:18:05

mean, he has not a mean bone in his body. He doesn't and he and

1:18:10

he would never do anything intentional or unintentional to hurt me. I know it. But it hurts deeply. But let me tell

1:18:17

you something. He's permanent out because how can I applaud

1:18:24

and accolades and awards? Ooh, Vegas gave you an award on a film about Vicky Minor. When in

1:18:31

reality, It has destroyed a friendship

1:18:41

I didn't need counseling. As you told her, in the month of September, what I needed was

1:18:46

the truth in that public records form. and I still

1:18:52

haven't gone it over 90 days. I need to have things to lead to

1:18:57

a conclusion and the are one of my things on a shelf. On the

1:19:03

aftermath of the Arnold Hill Fire, we had too many deaths and horrific deaths. Some of the external deaths with the

1:19:10

tumors. I wouldn't wish on anybody. Zombie like. Yeah.

1:19:20

and yet I have two brain tumors. Mine are okay guys.

1:19:26

Mine are okay. I keep constantly in check on my stuff. I have chronic health issues. But I'm always on top

1:19:32

of it. I'm pissed right now. Cuz I work so hard from the March all the way up till July

1:19:38

20th. I was walking 4 AM to 8 AM and then 4 PM to 8 PM. Had a

1:19:44

good solid regimen. I was putting the weight off. After I got that blow to the liver. I

1:19:51

thought I wasn't going to make it. I really strongly felt I wasn't going to pull through

from that and I still have a lot of abnormal labs and working through some areas.

1:20:02

It's slow process But in recent times, I talked to a person

1:20:09

here in knew a lot of the people my father knew and it's been nice to bridge the special

1:20:17

moment for me because it bridged me to history. I am history of Congress. I am the

1:20:24

longest running person you'll ever meet. On the Date Creek or the Weaver Mountains and I'm talking total history. I'm the

1:20:32

one that's out there all the time. And yet to be united in

1:20:39

the past two plus weeks. It's a honor to know Hello. That was a

1:20:49

21zero number whoever that was. But anyways Yeah, there's so

1:20:56

much more to Gary. I could be here all the time but I told a certain Tucson school teacher,

1:21:02

I'd sit and do this one moment and just be me and talk and then and fill in some gaps but

1:21:08

there's a lot of gaps. The city of Prescott can fill in. I guarantee you that. And I want

1:21:15

those kids to know that and so for family members. And it's not completed. And it's not a

1:21:21

finished product. And it shouldn't be a product 19 lives died and we almost lost our

1:21:27

lives. And so many people were affected on the Yarnell fire. **** If I had a lot of money,

1:21:34

it wouldn't even do anything. You understand? It wouldn't help. Yeah, it it you can't take back some of those losses.

1:21:43

It's a great loss. **** the families that I know some people think it's weird but I'm

1:21:49

very in tune on some level of I don't know. It's a voicemail.

1:21:54

It distracted me. I thought but yeah, you got to listen to

1:22:00

Yavapai County Sheriff's Office. You see where I'm at. This is my process and two

1:22:07

deputies right now can help a healing and why they gathered bones and who gotten their ears

1:22:13

to gather those bones near the helms with the GPS locations here and the map where I stare

1:22:18

at it because I framed it. has the names on it. The name of

1:22:24

the firefighters. Why would you do that? Who got in your ears? That's the answers I want to

1:22:29

know. Who got in your ears and where's the break? Why the break? And chain of evidence. Where is the rest? It would

1:22:35

have went to a medical examiner. Please help me. And then that's where I'm at. God

1:22:41

bless everybody. That's where I'm at. On the Yavapai County
