Another time where I have to state I went to look in AZ who is current Oncologist Surgeons because it was suggested I do that route---shocked to see one of them as she did my biopsy back in 2005- and Sonny's kid bought the many million dollar home of this lady and it was left in not too good of condition--- did not like seeing her on the list. Also, discouraged because back to the drawing board on finding a new PCP- this one says she is too far. The one that was less than a mile I was out of their scope and this one used I am too far...sigh...I am not going to use Prescott areas based on I am in 3rd year of whistleblowing phase, and I have a lack of trust in some in areas that could be family related--- I am very cautious who I let in my areas because I aim to live over 100 y.o. even with all the health issues.

So, if there's something going on, then, you know, there's a blockage of some sort, or stone that can cause the blockage there, or a sludge that can cause, like, abdominal pain, or, you know, the elevated liver enzyme. okay, because I asked her, you know, if she knew of somebody that you can see that's close, ..., and then she can examine you better. That way, she recommended VCY, and she is in, I think Peoria.

So, yeah, so we can send for going back to the liver enzymes and abdominal pain, we can send for _________. I don't know what would be closest there. Do you have S Me, there somewhere around that area.

good, to have, like a yearly, yearly ____, at least, to check your... to check that. So, moving on for your lab work. So, your iron is good. It's normal, within normal limit. Your Cholesterol is a little bit on the high side. triglyceride, triglycerides, 375 so typically we want that below 150.
your HDL. So the good cholesterol is low, the bad cholesterol is high. The good cholesterol is only 29 you usually want it above 50, and then your bad cholesterol is 135 and you want it at least below 100 and you don't have any medications, right?
[ Yeah, that's the one thing I do want to talk about this time, because normally I wouldn't take medications. But here's the thing,]
[oh, it's genetics, but I think that I should take some for the first time ever. I know it's hard for me to admit this, but on something when it comes to the lipids and the cholesterol, because it keeps consistently shown where it used to be up and down. Now it's more consistent ever since I got hit in the liver and with my hemochromatosis,]
We can try, like a low dose ____,...
....So you have many trace protein ...You see it in blood. But if you start seeing it in the kidneys, then you would look into like, if it continues to be that way, then you would look into like, an early sign of ___ disease, and we talk about your GFR and your 65 so it's kind of low, you know,...cancer markers, 19, nine and 15, three. It does, it does show, yeah, it does show some elevation there. The CEA is 1.2 and then, have you had like, a CT scan recently? Have you followed up with oncology since you check for the CA 19 or CA The cancer markers? Have you? Have you followed up with any oncologist about it?
[No, because I'm telling you when you see my review of my medical health insurance the past couple years, and the last thing I want to do is move anywhere, just like it's been the most ridiculous since covid. And even _____ has had a difficult time. They had a like a person helping, you know, like a supervisor. And so, I just been doing my blood labs / MRI, and I just do them, and I haven't followed up with anything except the primary care doctor...when I got these blood labs, I said my first analysis was, hmm, maybe paying a little bit more attention, because I really do good intake. I do walk and everything and stuff. So maybe doing more walking, you know, I'm saying, like, if I can't, I'm at, you know, 45 minutes to three hours. Maybe I need to push the endurance thing. And my body needs that endurance, so I've been adding more time there. You know, as far as exercise and stuff like that, I'm a grazer when it comes to eating, so it's not really a factor there, but I did take a look what is some factors that could cause, you know, something like that. Maybe every seven weeks I have popcorn, and that's, you know, but otherwise, I pretty do really good there, and that's why it's been really weird to see the ever since I got hit in 2022 I hold weight on and that's abnormal for me to this long to have, you know, I usually fluctuate [yoyo], and I've just been staying like the same high range. I won't go too high or too low. It's within a 10-to-15-pound range, nothing further. No matter what I do, focus and everything, it's just been locking in at that. So that's kind of abnormal for me to carry the extra weight that long.]
But another thing I think, I really do believe, is it would be better to have somebody close by, so maybe you know when the time comes for open enrollment.

I really do think that it would help, because it would be better for, you know, coordination of your care, you know, because we don't know anybody out there, and then, you know, so, so, you know, you can see a specialist if you have to do the ultrasound, reviewed it, you know, sooner than later. And I think somebody closer you would be better with, you know, coordination of your care.
{SIGH...each year I make the effort to get the medical team the records spending lots of funds on printing copies and mailing costs so we are back to the drawing board to look for new PCP... yet again, since 2021--- so dumb...based on getting someone closer when my insurance covers a specific Demographic and that is all I can afford---man, if I had not spent all the funds to get the T R U T H on YHF13' I would be able to afford better health care but I am at the status I am at for the finances I have...it is what it is }
I'll send the ________ just because of that elevated cancer markers, just to make sure that everything is okay. And then since you're having that abdominal pain. And then I'll send for, you know, maybe a low dose statin for your cholesterol.
[Okay, yeah, because I was gonna do, I was gonna do niacin with the flush, you know, for the cholesterol-triglycerides. But then it's like, you know what? Let me ask you first and then go from them. But so which one do you think the stat, low dose statin, or the niacin? Which one would could work? ]
I mean, you can use that for the triglyceride, you know, because your triglycerides high Anyway, okay, but maybe for the cholesterol, you know, it would be good for not to have you on the statin as well. You can trial on it and maybe check, check six months to see how much you have improved with it, yeah, but then you can trial on red yeast rice, red yeast rice as well. Do you have, you know, oncologist right now,

[You know, that's the only thing. Is that that you gotta remember a small town, and then people's families work, and so to avoid it, you know, that situation, it's just better to avoid it....so I avoid certain zip codes for my care because I want to live until I am over 100 if possible]

And it's just, you know, I want to keep you, you know, in the loop and everything. But unfortunately, I need something closer as you said. And you know, you understand that too. You're in the same boat and so. But, it is what it is, you know, for what it is we're doing what we can, you know, have somebody check that about _____. I will ask ______ for an oncologist near here in my in my network {but I prefer to pick them in another state due to my long history of public truth telling and turning them into higher authorities}. So that I think ____ cancer, they have ____ oncologist, but I think they have,]
So that's one good thing about that group.
