Nurturing Season with my loved ones ...

I am in a Season of balance. This is the season of taking time to "be the change" I wish to see ... taking new actions ... new beginnings ... letting myself build strength...

"Child's Play Round" (begins September 6th and ends September 15th) - Public voting will help reduce each group to the top twenty (20) Competitors. (Naomi was in first place)
"Gauntlet Round" (begins September 15th and ends September 22nd) – Public voting will help reduce each group to the top fifteen (15) Competitors.(Naomi was in first place)
"Conjure Round" (begins September 22nd and ends September 29th) – Public voting will help reduce each group to the top ten (10) Competitors. I made it to first place.
"Nightmare Round" (begins September 29th and ends October 6th) – Public voting will help reduce each group to the top five (5) Competitors.
"Sacrificial Round" (begin October 6th and end October 13th) – Public voting will help reduce total Competitors to one (1) preliminary winner in each "Sacrificial Round" group who will then advance to the "Hellraiser Round".
"Re-Animator Round" Round (begins October 14th and ends October 16th) – Competitors who took second (2nd) place in their respective "Sacrificial Round" group will compete in a shortened round, for a chance to advance to the "Hellraiser Round". Votes will be reset, and public voting will determine the top Competitor from each group who will then advance to the "Hellraiser Round".
"Hellraiser Round" (begins October 17th and ends October 27th) – The top Competitors from each "Sacrificial Round"/"Re-Animator Round" group will be divided into "Hellraiser Round" groups. Votes will be reset, and public voting will determine the top Competitor from each group who will then advance to the "Apocalypse".
"Apocalypse" (begins October 28th and ends November 3rd) – The top Competitors from each "Hellraiser Round" group will be divided into "Apocalypse" groups. Votes will be reset, and public voting will determine the top Competitor from each group who will then advance to the "Final Cut".
Final Cut (begins November 4th and ends November 10th) – Votes will be reset, and public voting will determine which Competitor will be the winner of the 2022 Face of Horror Competition (the “Grand Prize Winner”), on November 10th, 2022.

what happened? seems strange...I was 183 one month ago and going down and now I am over 200 again and full of fluid--- retaining and tummy swollen--- ugh. I did 6 walks only this past month and did my blood labs yesterday so know more soon...
