WHY ARE THE CRUCIAL INCIDENT ACTION PLANS MISSING- I WOULD LIKE TO SEE THOSE- Missing the 7,8 and 10th. Reminds me of Yarnell 2013- ??? Yarnell still has missing crucial IAPs ??? What gives...You all can ask for the missing IAPs in a FOIA request possibly. Since there were losses---most likely you will see those areas redacted and that should be PUBLIC especially when lives were lost. PUBLIC RECORDS... Here is what I found for you all:
