I will keep coming back to this file until I put all documents in this post ...then when I am done, the bottom of post will state date it was completed, and type "done".

10-26-23 8:59am: Hi Tim, how about making a simple policy that all should write and speak only truth(s) and keep with following documents to lead to a conclusion vs. the "glazed" narratives I saw. Avoid lies and omissions and copping out using the Toughy Regulations.

I googled "Tim Foley" and got this:

(1) Tim Foley | LinkedIn??? or this one: ???

Tim Foley, Tom Zimmerman, Richa Wilson, Brent Wachter - all the people who were on a Conference Call with us Yarnell Hill Fire 2013 - Eyewitness Hikers August 2013 via Mike Dudley's setting it up for an informal conversation because we kept asking how come not one person has come to the eyewitnesses that were with the Granite Mountain Hotshots on the Weaver Mountains June 30, 2013, to ask what we know.

It was already disturbing and appalling what City of Prescott Firefighters treated us and the ones tied to a Ray M. It was all odd in 2013-2014 phase.

One must scratch their heads at this:

How come these folks did not want to pick our brain what we saw or knew or if we had and documentation like they did others?

Why was it like they wanted to pretend we did not exist even though we sat in that Prescott Fire Station as long as we did to do our part to give them a copy of our photos.

That is a red flag, folks.

to clarify- neither Billy Phillips or Matt Gibson gave me photo credit from that video on the video or in the description but here were my photos used to make that video:

7. Brad Mayhew-

the alleged Lead Fire Fatality Investigator on the fire we almost died on, but 19 did ...

who just this year with possible pride [in my humble opinion] stated he did successful investigation interviews but he never even met me until 2018;

five years after the Yarnell Hill Fire and I was on one of the biggest Wildland Fire Fatalities Fires ever as I was with the Granite Mountain Hotshots on those Weavers June 30, 2013.

One must scratch their heads and think how come this man never interviewed us...right!?

From: Friday, March 14, 2014 at 12:00:00 midnight To: Monday, March 31, 2014 at 1:23:00 pm

Result: 17 days, 13 hours, 23 minutes and 0 seconds

Brad Mayhew emails Beth Nehring:

This area I wanted to make sure I made PUBLIC for the Public at Large based on specific Smokejumper(s)/Firefighter(s) stating they read this person's book about Yarnell Hill Fire 2013.

Book Description:The Yarnell Hill Fire (2013) took nineteen firefighters from the Granite Mountain Hotshot Crew. This accident was the tragedy of our generation. Seven years later, how much has the fire service learned? Not much.We can change this. And we will. The expedition starts here.Origins is the first book in a series that will transform how you lead and how you learn. Future books will take you into aspects of history, human factors, and investigations in the American Fire Service. This series was not written from an ivory tower, and it’s not like other fire books you may have read. It’s an expedition. It all starts here at Origins. In this book, I will introduce you to the world of fire and hotshots, innovators and investigators, as I know them. Join me by a warming fire on a ridge in the middle of nowhere. Under the pull-up bars at my fire station in Southern California. In a garage, with nothing but dirty hands and a blank sheet of paper. In the lobby of a Phoenix hotel, when I accepted the job of Lead Investigator in 2013. And in Prescott years later, as I struggled to figure out what went so wrong, and how to unlock a generation of innovation.Bio:BRAD MAYHEW served as Lead Investigator on the Yarnell Hill Fire, and has conducted investigations in every region in the continental United States. He has a master’s degree in Human Factors and System Safety. He served on the Los Padres Hotshot Crew, and he has worked for federal, tribal, and local fire departments. He wrote the Human Factors pages in the Incident Response Pocket Guide (IPRG), and was one of the youngest to receive the National Wildfire Coordinating Group (NWCG) Paul Gleason Lead by Example Award for Initiative and Innovation. For more, go to www.firelinefactors.com.

My eyewitness testimony and many areas of this blog showed the fire service documented truths---much more than this very person who made books...I will not buy his book...one of my mentors did and he was quite disappointed in the book and him.

How about this post:

How about answering why GPS units were kept away from the Investigation Reports?
