08/30/24 1232 AZPNF-1297 Wildfire Cellar Cellar Basin Fire -34.244950, -112.48203334°,14.7 x 112°,28.92 DIV-93, WZ E-933 15 Acres Open Incident 08/30/24 04:12:58 PM

Shouldn't be a big fire---look at the historical burn scars...right!!??

Let us watch "how fast" they drop slurry drop in this area:

This

Wildland Fire

(Cellar)

will be documented

back channel only.

Mainly to watch

where and how much

slurry drop is used...

and if it is near watering areas.

Also,

watch

HOW BIG

it grows

in the huge

historical burn scar area

that it is reported at-

looks like Cellar 2 Fire got some GOOD rain fall:

look at all that rain the Cedar Fire 2 got:

butterfly:

let us peak at what is happening as far as resources...

until appx 5:55pm it finally landed- I need to comprehend Aviation on how come they circle for as long as they do on a fire reported as a New fire reported by WildCAD at 3:01 PM Sat Aug 31st (MST) naming it Black Mesa 2. Let me look at the 9:08UTC playback is really 2:08pm, right? Let us see when air attack was up there to when they reported there was a fire --- so let us look at where the plane was at 3:01pm when it was reported--

then when it left the area:

to when it began:

the flight pattern overall

I thought the wheels on a bus goes round and round not planes...https://youtu.be/e_04ZrNroTo?t=27

yesterday's resources say OUTSVC this morning so maybe a prayer answered???

or maybe they awoke realizing it is the bus's wheels that go round and round, not the planes...make sense of that area for me...

Also, want to add it is the ones who shouldn't be on my blog because they cause possible harm and as well have harassed me who end up here ...

just so you know ...

I am very observant "CV"...

maybe come up with a new hobby...that does not revolve around me and what I am doing.

You are free to be here, yet I will well document your visits.

We will see who comes lurking on online areas and in person...

every spot I am at- it is well documented. Cameras all over.

I protect my personal space online and in person from folks like you.

You made the effort to come here.

You made it out that I was the issue, yet all I have done is place out documents to lead to a conclusion vs. chaos and confusion.

From my backyard- you can see that area is getting rain again--- so we will see ... funny to see cacti growing from the sprout of flora:

Now they are showing active movement from fire folks after all that rain---??? ---what was there to suppress...time to peak at the heat maps ...I gotta go check the heat maps...why are we putting burnout operations when the rain took care of it...what is this???

I challenge the possible NEED to fight the Cedar 2 Fire when I checked the heat maps---???---- show me the evidence after all that rain that you even need those resources for burnout operations. ???

I am not understanding... Show the public since I know the area---where the Cedar Fire 2 is currently at besides your burnout operations-- drone it and show the Public at Large.

I am calling b.s. on possibly needing resources for some burnout operations and I pray the politicians are watching this area too besides the ones I already reported for Summer 2024...also, we gotta do our part to help that one who is being blamed for a fire when that one was not even in the area... ???? on another out of state fire... Praying for the bs to cease.

{Extend both the pointer and pinkie finger and thrust the hand forward. Make a "C" around the nose, rotate the "C", and then close the hand in a fist, facing the palm to the nose.}

9-1-24:

Remember THE ABUNDANCE OF RAIN---then look at map---see any centroids???

nothing:

nothing

but watchduty reports they read burnout operations and I challenge WHY---there was no centroids on the prior days to the area until they report they are back there ????

Thank you to the political folks who visited my site recently- if you need to reach me to give clarity to any image I post---email me.

I do not have social media nor interested in doing that type of trail on this fire---

if it was closer, I would trail it but not out where the gold is...

plus I am keeping most data for this fire "back channel"...

yep, it is in a sense

bread crumbing

the Public at Large

so I can swim, Scrabble, walk and do my genealogy and just live my life away from fire stuff...

time for other locals to learn the Situational Awareness tools...

and even those tools I show public are in a sort- a bread crumb and have zero concern if they ever omit those options for myself or the Public at Large. I have my own tools. Thanks FJS:

9-7-24 10:33am update:

Rain swept through the areas:

smoke check peak:

I will check

the "needles sets"

later

on ...

the burn scars

if there are any bushes left---

???

maybe

that is why dozers

possibly get assigned ---

or masticators???

Who is the archeologist?

Did they assign one?

What was their take?

People in the Tonto area

are paying

deep attention

on some recent

social media announcement.

I explained

I did not want to know

about Pine, Arizona...

only areas that creeks lead to my area

until I am healthier-

I have enough on my plate

with genealogy,

Scrabble, walks and swimming...

I am all for fire ecology,

but I am not for acreage burned

to possibly meet a quota of some _____???.

I could teach them how to do this

with meeting

most entities needs ...

some I would say

bye, Felicia

...Interesting, to hear someone

tell me the hype currently in Pine, AZ...

what was the burnout operations goal???...

over ten grand

or more

like almost

20 grand in acreage....

I did not hear it--- don't wanna either...

let the professionals do their job, right?!

Why all the PIO data

on a 30 acre fire...???

red flag...

suppressing a fire

in the dense area

with burn out operations on 30 acres?

let me go peak at fire weather

the next few days...

I wonder how much thought went into this...

I want to see the archeologist analysis in the PIO's reports.

as I Monday night quarterback my data....

218 road to 300 is an interesting area...

for sure many of those areas should possibly require an archeologist analysis first.

If I remember, it is pretty thick there in fuels...

let me peak...

but I am not

documenting

that fire at all.

I am too weak...

only fires near me.

I will have to reach Google because this map looks odd- July 2024:

Historically, the area seen activity: ...right?!

If I taught you all anything...

pay attention to:

ORIGIN of fire

PROGRESSION {and the METHODS PLANNED/USED}

(Document, Document, Document)

BURN SCAR {or what's left ... you all ever think that was odd how quick dozers come in and make a path before the investigators even go there to do their professional jobs on fatalities and incidents/injuries...????}

Now, for fire ecology language...we introduce the "Masticator"- the restoration tool...hope they also have an "Archeologist" do an analysis with those heavy equipment usage. It is rich in history. Yet, so is their burning of the area....Right!?

Thank you to the higher ups reaching out to me...glad I could be of service to help you comprehend some areas...

yeah, I toss out data but most time I refrain from wasting time explaining the data I toss out...

it is just a timeline for me being it is my space...if you came to my space then WELCOME, glad to visit with you...but my space ain't for everyone...

but the ones who know, they usually watch or reach out if not direct...indirectly to folks they seen me name on the blog overtime.

I am happy to see the politicians who are here to help me...so you can learn the process...

so, we are working on stuff back channel right ...

as you hear them possibly snicker about me and who they project I am... none of the people who speak about me even know anything but what they project about me....nonsense---while I boldly with full name show documents so one can make their own assessment(s) ---most time I do not even lead you into an image unless we are talking back channel...I let the world see image and make their own thoughts...

Have fun in your ecology project aka 30 acre wildland fire West Fire...I ain't watching it--- seems certain sections of Arizona I consider the "playgrounds" in fire ... I just watch any that creeks end up near my area...I think the slurry drop is overrated...I pray for an audit on our Arizona Fire entities. Amen. Thank you, Jesus.

I want to snippet some brilliance for this 30 acre fire:

already speaking of making a 30-acre fire into a shy 17,000 acres????

whhhhattttt....

and the people just ??? are okay with it ???

hmmm....sounds like a maximum managed area aka MMA- the big box theory...of the golden days of fighting fire...

but why accept that, residents...???

I think there should be a much earlier notification if you are going to suggest a 30 acre fire will be managed into a shy 17,000 acres-

why not make it a RX Burn this Winter???

how about the people who are disabled or unable to get notifications because they are paraplegic or to those likes...

or people who are out of town ????

I would say I understand the lightning versus wildland fire and that area is heavily hit

but how about making a formal signed prescribed (RX) burn plan versus taking a 30 acre fire and making it your own ...

and tossing in ecologists into the factor to share data...Nah, seems uncool. Sorry. Move along...

I mean how informative and well versed and good images but how did you all come up with that on a 30 acre fire...good presentation just wait for a RX burn permit to do it----why do it on a 30 acre fire?

Seems you all were a little too ready in the data sharing... right?! Possibly..

If I was a reporter that looks into fires...I would request the 2024 documents, emails and texts in a FOIA / PRR- Public Records Request to each person who spoke in this video and see if any entity shared any data on Pine/Payson Arizona on the topics mastication, projects, etc. in 2024.

Just seems too organized and thought out like when I would attend a Wildland Conference. Especially on a tiny 30 acre fire, folks.

there is that mastication word I spoke of earlier:

Wow, this is great topic for you political folks who recently emailed me--- let's talk about this back channel...

Thank you for answering my prayers for all the precipitations {rain} reported in Pine, Arizona from Pine Fire Dept. sharing to a local...

I feel it is wrong in the manner they are doing this West Fire-

there are other ways...you want to Masticate and do the ecology ...there is other ways like RX Burns that require permits, signature...pray they avoid dropping slurry in water ways...

Cellar 2 Fire Weather Currently:

Thank you, Lord: RAIN:

see that strange line of white from cloud to ground:

I know, I know...my land has ENOUGH cameras, but added a few with direct line to Cellar 2 fire---it is nice to have a mountain view lot...so I can document from my own property...

Idaho folks are on the fires and have almost two weeks left so what is this ----there is plenty of precipitation/rain so welcome to our area but I am not into acreage burn lingo--- suppress a fire and move along- a 30 acreage fire with all this resource---what are they doing...this is something on a RX Burn done properly but on a 30 acres fire???? Then to have DFFM state their role...why is there a need on a 30 acre fire for all this attention to details...and the shy of 17,000 acres just added in like ???? seems weird.

Folks on the fires---

  • Cabrera 14 - Cellar Fire

  • Hopi 2,

  • Black Mesa,

  • Flagstaff,

  • IC Rau - West Fire

9-8-24 5:30am:

The West Fire meeting in Pine, AZ was well put together yet my take it was like when I was a kid, and they hand me a lollipop as they stuck a needle in my other arm. As they smiled at me ... sigh.

It was as if it was possibly already pre-planned for 2024

....possibly if any fire activity made it to the area, bam ....well informative formal meeting happens....educate the good in it to the locals & possibly quickly get at it and have fire authority there if you disliked or lack comprehension on how a tiny fire is now gonna be a shy 17,000 acres to their area. ???

I mean the push for it possibly shows in these short fillums:

34.4227565, -111.3879327

September 11, 2024 10:33am- just came in from walking my pet out back----that smoke is thick and right here affecting my lungs and eyes not just in the distance and my family said it was due to CA---I will look on tools---it is a bullshit----another 10 days where I have to walk inside because fires mess up my air quality outside...when will the authorities stop these possible pencil whipped folks out of a job and put some old school folks back in to straighten up these most likely messes---
